1. Meetings:
   • Annual meeting (spring) – Executive elections, round robin review
   • Semi annual meeting (fall) – workshop planning, round robin review
2. Workshop:
   • Annual workshop (spring) – invited speakers present talks on varying issues
3. Round Robins:
   • Generally two per year (spring & fall)
4. Membership:
   • Members consist of Federal, Provincial and Commercial Laboratories as well as any other party with vested interest in analytical chemistry
